We have given several jars since my wife read the book. We have also done something similar years before the book was written. Oh how I wish we had been so creative as the Wright family and so many others. We have also delivered Christmas boxes full of food and it helps others but nothing is like collecting change every day on purpose, remembering Christmas every time we deposit!

We have delivered a jar a few weeks early to help Christmas come……not sure how we feel about that. Also, once we put a large jar on the driver seat of someones car. I bet it was so heavy it could barely be moved. I finally read the book just 2 weeks ago….I HATE myself for not having read it years ago..I will repent by doubling, tripling my efforts.

My daughter who lives in a different state, received a secret Santa/Christmas Jar this year. She had never heard about CJs. She has now and will start her own. Spread and share the love and spirit and fun and blessings of this fantastic idea!!!!
