Nipomo, CA:
I’m a 36 year old mother of 2 little girls. In July, my husband collapsed in our bedroom in the middle of the night struggling to breathe. He was on life support for 2 days and passed away from heart failure. He was only 36 and was the bread winner in our family. I own a brand new gymnastics club in our community and a mother dropped off a jar with my name on it. She said it was from an anonymous family and they wanted me to have it! I had never heard of the story, but I quickly got on the computer to see what it was about. My heart was warmed and I smiled (and smiles are a little hard to come by this time of year.) I will definitely be starting a Jar on January 1st and look forward to giving it to someone next year.
